Order & Delivery information

Shipping

“First Class” shipping to the UK is via Royal Mail first class post. These items will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days, and Royal Mail state they aim to deliver next working day (including Saturday) in the UK.

“Special Delivery” can be chosen if you require a faster guaranteed service in the UK. We will dispatch in 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a guaranteed service to most UK areas by 1pm next day (Mon-Fri), with a few exceptions e.g. Scottish Isles, which you can read here under FAQs https://www.royalmail.com/personal/uk-delivery/special-delivery Please note it is also a signed for service, and if there is nobody available to sign, you may receive a card instructing you to rearrange delivery directly with Royal Mail, or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.

Overseas customers should choose the “Europe via Airmail”, or “Rest of World via Airmail”, depending on their location. These items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for items sent overseas, however as a guide, delivery within Europe tends to be up to a week, while the rest of the World 10-14 days.

Channel Islands and Isle of Man customers can choose “First Class” shipping, but should be aware delays can occur because of customs and security checks. “Special Delivery” is available for the Isle Of Man in IM1 Postcode areas only, and Jersey in the Channel Islands only.

Our working days which we dispatch are Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays.

If we cannot dispatch your order within our normal time period (for example if it is out of stock), we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know the reason and the estimated dispatch time. If you wish at this time you may cancel your order for a full refund, or choose an alternative item that can be dispatched quicker.

You must notify us within 28 days if you have not received your item otherwise we cannot take responsibility for it’s delivery. You should check with your local Royal Mail depot if they are holding items for you before contacting us regarding a delayed delivery, regardless of whether you have had notification of a held delivery from Royal Mail.

Refunds and exchanges under warranty

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing faults and defects for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us initially via email or telephone to diagnose/troubleshoot the problem, as many issues are quickly resolved this way. In the event your product is diagnosed as faulty, return it to the address in our “contact us” section of the website. If the item was purchased within 30 days we will offer you the choice of a refund or a new replacement item. If the item was purchased over 30 days ago, we’ll replace or repair the item for you at our discretion. Either way we’ll endeavour to make sure you’ve got a suitable replacement as quickly as we can to minimise the inconvenience to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order cancellations / changing your mind

Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order or return some of our items up to 7 days after receiving them, for a full refund. This applies to items which can be personalised again, such as our Alarm Clocks and Soft Toys, but not those that are permanently personalised for you, such as our Music CDs and Wall Clocks. If in doubt, please ask before purchasing. In this case, if you wish to return an item you must return it in its original packaging and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
